Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. finely chopped sweet pepper
2 to 3 Tbsp. minced onion (if dry minced onion is used, reconstitute before using)
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a storage bowl and place in refrigerator overnight.
Divide mixture in half and roll in a second cup of pecans.
