Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    2 (10 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 head fresh broccoli, chopped in food processor
    1 pt. half and half
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until tender in chicken broth.
    Add margarine and flour mixture, then add about 1 pint of half and half.
    Stir over medium heat until hot and thick.
    Add grated sharp cheese and serve.
