Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    bell pepper (red and green)
    2 tsp. self-rising flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk (evaporated)
    8 oz. shredded Velveeta (Mexican style)
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
    2 pie shells
Preparation
    Brown 1 pound of sausage and drain.
    Saute 1/2 cup each red and green bell pepper and chopped onion.
    Mix these together with flour.
    Beat eggs well and mix with milk.
    Add to sausage and vegetable mixture along with cheese.
    Pour in 2 pie shells and bake on cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
