Ingredients
- 
                            2 qt. persimmons
 
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. allspice
2 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter, melted
2 c. sour milk
1 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. soda
Preparation
- 
                            Mash persimmons through a colander.
 
Add sour milk.
Add other ingredients in order, blending well.
Bake in a well buttered baking pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until firm.
Serve with whipping cream.
