Chicken Breasts Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breasts
salt & pepper
3 thin slices Swiss cheese
3 thin slices ham
1/2 c. flour
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. margarine
Preparation
-
Flatten breast with cleaver, salt and pepper.
Place 1/2 slice cheese and 1/2 slice of ham on 1/2 chicken piece.
Fold other half over and seal with toothpick.
Dip each in flour, then egg and crumbs.
Saute in melted margarine over medium flame until golden brown.
Continue to cook on low flame until done.
6 servings.
