Green Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. ground sweet peppers
    1/4 c. ground hot peppers
    6 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Cook until mixture comes to a rolling boil; cook 1 minute.
    Stir to keep from boiling over.
    Remove from heat and add a few drops of green food coloring and one 6 ounce bottle liquid pectin.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Pour into sterilized jars, seal and process.
