Cheese Potato Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 med potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
1 1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 - 2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Cover and cook potatoes until tender, 15 - 20 minutes.
Drain and mash.
Add 1 3/4 c. cheese, milk, butter and salt. Cook over low heat until cheese and butter melt.
Fold in beaten eggs. Spread in greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 25 - 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 more minutes.
