Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 bag corn or tortilla chips
1 lb. ground beef
3 tomatoes, cut in chunks
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 envelope dry taco seasoning mix
Thousand Island dressing
1 can kidney beans
chopped onion (prefer green)
Preparation

Brown hamburger.
Add taco seasoning mix and follow directions.
Cool.
Mix all vegetables and cheese.
Pour meat over top and add dressing.
Chill.
Just before serving, add corn chips.
Adjust the amounts of different ingredients to suit individual preferences.
