Pasta With Sun-Dried Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sun-dried tomatoes
    1/2 lb. marinated artichoke hearts
    small jar roasted peppers
    fresh parsley
    3 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. red vinegar
    1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Chop sun-dried tomatoes (already prepared in oil when purchased), artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, parsley and garlic. Boil linguini pasta; strain.
    Return pasta to original pot cooked in; add vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and all ingredients chopped.
    Toss and serve with grated cheese on top.
