Cran Relish Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. strawberry jello
1 lb. cranberries
1 orange, peeled
1 orange (unpeeled)
1 can crushed pineapple
2 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Grind oranges and cranberries.
Mix in the sugar until dissolved.
Stir in the pineapple.
Let set.
Dissolve jello in water.
Drain relish somewhat and mix relish in with the dissolved jello.
Chill until firm.
Makes a large bowl.
Keeps well.
