Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (6 oz.) long grain wild rice
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. half and half
    1 c. broth
    2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    1 can (4 1/2 oz.) mushrooms
    1/3 c. chopped parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley
    1/4 c. almonds
Preparation
    Prepare rice to directions.
    Saute onions in butter until tender.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir in half and half and broth until thick.
    Stir in chicken, mushrooms, parsley, almonds and cooked rice.
    Bake in casserole, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
