Taco Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans Mexican style tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 small can chopped green chiles
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
1 pkg. taco mix
2 c. water
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onions in large pot; drain fat. Add remaining ingredients; stir. Bring to a boil and simmer for at least 30 minutes. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese and nacho chips.
