Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and water; mix with remaining ingredients.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Roll out.
    Flour and cut biscuits.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
