Scones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1/3 c. (5 Tbsp.) melted butter
1/3 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and soda.
Stir in milk, melted butter and raisins; stir just enough to mix.
Put 6 or 8 spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet, about 1 or 2-inches apart. Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0, until light brown.
