Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. creamed corn
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Beat whites until stiff.
    Mix yolks with corn, flour, salt and pepper.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Pour like pancakes onto hot greased griddle.
    Brown 2 minutes and turn. Serve topped with butter.
