Fish Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillet
    1 large stalk celery
    1 large carrot
    butter
    1 large potato
    1 medium onion
    1 can tomato and mushroom sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Spread butter on baking pan.
    Dice vegetables and place in pan.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Place fish on vegetables and pour tomato sauce over entire pan.
    Dot with more butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until fish is brown.
