Cheddar Baked Potato Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 medium potatoes, cut in 1/4-inch slices (about 4 c.)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine soup, paprika and pepper. Set aside.
    In greased 2-quart oblong baking dish, overlap potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Spoon soup mixture over cheese.
    Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
