Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    margarine
    1 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Remove crust from bread and spread with margarine.
    Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Brown sausage, drain well and crumble over bread.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Combine eggs, half and half and salt.
    Mix well, pour over sausage and cheese.
    Cover and chill overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set. Serves 8.
