Creamy Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium breasts
    2 celery stems
    1/4 onion
    3 tsp. butter
    1 Pet Ritz deep dish pie crust
    1 can mixed vegetables
    1 can chicken mushroom soup
    1 tsp. mushrooms, diced
    1 boiled egg
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan over high heat, heat first 3 ingredients in 4 cups of water and a teaspoon of butter.
    Season to desired taste.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 35 minutes or until nearly done.
    When chicken is done, reserve 1/4 cup broth.
    Cool chicken slightly, remove skin; cut into 1-inch pieces.
