Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. refried beans
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 to 3 Tbsp. hot sauce
Preparation

In a pan, mix together refried beans, cheese, onion and hot sauce.
Cook, uncovered, over low heat, stirring until heated. Keep warm over a candle warmer. Serve with tortilla chips to dip. Makes 3 cups.
