Orange Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white rice
10 oz. can Campbell's tomato soup, undiluted
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. sliced ripe olives
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 c. chopped ham
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook rice according to package directions.
Add remaining ingredients.
If it seems too dry, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water to moisten. Pour into casserole and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serve with a vegetable, salad and rolls.
