Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cold, cubed, cooked chicken
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped sweet pickle
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 chopped hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Toss together chicken, pickles, pecans, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Mix in mayonnaise.
    Carefully fold in eggs.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Serve on chilled lettuce.
    Garnish with tomatoes, sweet pickle and parsley.
