Parmesan Potato Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 lb. potatoes
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Peel potatoes.
Cut in quarters.
Cut quarters in 3 strips. Dip in butter, then dip in rest of ingredients.
Place in single layer in greased pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven, turning once or twice during baking.
