Delicious Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. lightly marbled chuck roast
2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Preparation

Wash roast well.
In roasting pan, spread 1 package soup mix evenly over bottom.
Put roast on top.
Sprinkle the other package of soup mix over roast.
Pour 1/2 cup of water over roast.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 until roast is tender and the soup is thickened into gravy.
