Sweet Potato Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 to 5 sweet potatoes
1 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. honey
3/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
grated peel of 1/2 orange
grated peel of 1 lemon

Preparation

Grate well scrubbed (not peeled) sweet potatoes.
Mix eggs and honey, then add oil.
Mix until smooth.
Add potato, grated orange and lemon peel in this mixture.
Add spices and mix well.
Pour into a well-greased baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
