Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 bell pepper
    2 stalks celery
    1 onion
    1 can tomato sauce
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    12 small saltine crackers
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together, except ground chuck.
    Add the ground chuck to other ingredients and mix together until meat holds together; set aside.
    Take plastic oven bag and sprinkle with flour.
    Place mixture in bag and seal.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
