Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 can sliced Irish potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 stick butter (melted in baking dish)
    1 pack Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick butter, melted (mix with crackers for topping)
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients and pour into casserole dish.
    Spread cracker mixture over top of casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
