Margo'S Homemade Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mustard plus 1 1/2 oz. dry
    4 tsp. cold water
    1 1/3 c. cold water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. vinegar
    6 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    In small bowl, stir together mustard and 4 teaspoons of cold water.
    Set aside.
    In 1-quart saucepan, mix rest of ingredients well.
    Cook over low heat for about 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
    Stir in mustard mixture until smooth.
    Cover in tight container.
    Refrigerate.
