Ingredients

1 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. grated cheese
1 lb. ground beef
Preparation

Combine buttermilk, sugar and butter in large saucepan.
Heat to lukewarm.
Remove from heat and add yeast.
Stir to dissolve yeast.
Stir in flour and everything else (except
cheese and ground beef)
.
Stir until mixed well. Knead on floured board.
Roll onto greased pan.
Top with ground beef and cheese.
Cook until done.
