Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. corn oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 1/3 c. pureed cooked carrots
3/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease two (9-inch) layer cake pans. Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
Add corn oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
Fold in walnuts, carrots and pineapple.
