Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crab meat (4 1/2 oz.), drained
10 to 12 capped mushrooms
1 small onion, thinly diced
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
3 Tbsp. melted butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix crab meat, onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Fill mushroom caps.
Place in casserole dish with lid in oven safe dish.
Cover with melted butter.
Bake for 45 minutes on 375\u00b0. Remove and place under broiler for a few seconds to lightly brown. Remove from oven.
Spoon excess butter over mushrooms if desired.
