Zippy Hot Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. brown and serve sausages
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. water
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 bottle maraschino cherries, drained (do not use juice)
1 green pepper, cut into bite size squares

Preparation

Brown one package brown and serve sausages and cut into bite size squares.
Mix together brown sugar, salt and cornstarch.
Add vinegar, pineapple juice and water.
Cook together until thickened. Add sausages, pineapple, cherries and green peppers.
Place in chafing dish and keep warm while being served.
