Creamed Cabbage(Stuet Kaal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head white cabbage
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
    2 c. milk
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cut cabbage medium fine and boil in salted water until barely tender.
    Melt butter in saucepan and stir in flour to a smooth paste.
    Pour in milk, a little at a time, stirring constantly. Boil 5 to 6 minutes and salt to taste.
    Grate nutmeg into sauce and add drained cabbage.
    Stir and heat thoroughly.
