Swedish Spritz Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Cream shortening, adding sugar gradually.
    Add unbeaten egg. Beat well.
    Add sifted dry ingredients and extract.
    Fill cookie press.
    Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet in a 35\\0\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
