Applesauce Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2/3 c. applesauce
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. seasoned stuffing croutons
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine onion, egg, milk, applesauce, sage, pepper and salt; add seasoned stuffing croutons.
    Let stand 5 minutes or until croutons are soft.
    Mix until smooth.
    Then combine with ground chuck.
    Shape into meatballs and place in a shallow 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Combine soup and water; pour over meatballs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
