Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon, fried and cut into small pieces
    1 onion (saute in bacon grease)
    4 to 6 c. cubed potatoes
    2 c. water
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 c. sour cream
    4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Fry bacon, drain off fat from bacon and onions.
    Add potatoes and water.
    Boil until done.
    Stir in soup and sour cream. Gradually add milk and remaining ingredients.
    Do not boil.
    Makes a big pot.
