Baked Lima Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried lima beans
    1/2 lb. bacon, sliced
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Put beans in large bowl.
    Cover with cold water.
    Soak overnight; drain.
    Add fresh water just to cover beans.
    Parboil for 15 minutes.
    Skim off foam.
    Put beans in 2-quart casserole (greased).
    Combine sugar, molasses, mustard, salt and vinegar. Put over beans.
    Cut bacon slices in 3 pieces.
    Arrange over top of beans.
    Cover and bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour. Uncover and continue baking until bacon is browned, about 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
