Frosted Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. Kraft French dressing
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. hot mashed potatoes
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    broiled mushrooms
    pimento strips
    parsley
Preparation
    Combine meat, Kraft French dressing, crumbs, onions, 2 eggs, salt and pepper.
    Shape into oval loaf in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Combine potatoes, beaten egg and Miracle Whip.
    Frost loaf with this mixture.
    Broil until lightly browned.
    Garnish with mushrooms and pimento.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
