Linzertorte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour*
1/4 tsp. salt (omit if using salted butter)
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
grated rind of 1 lemon
3 egg yolks
1 1/3 c. unblanched almonds, ground finely*
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 (10 to 12 oz.) jar raspberry jam (preferably seedless), divided
Preparation

Sift flour with salt.
Cream sugar with butter until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add the grated rind of 1 lemon and the egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
