Cajun Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. sliced hot sausage links
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can black-eyed peas
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chili-style chopped tomatoes
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1/2 Haberno pepper or to taste
Preparation
    In a large skillet, lightly brown sausage and ground beef over medium-high heat. Add onion, cayenne and jalapeno peppers. Cook until meat is fully browned. Drain off excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
