Celery Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pascal celery, cut into 1-inch pieces to make 6 c.
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained and sliced
    1 can drained and sliced water chestnuts
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
Preparation
    Heat celery to boil in 1/2 cup water with 1 teaspoon of salt and simmer 10 minutes.
    Drain and put in a casserole.
    Add vegetables and soup.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
