Pineapple-Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. bell pepper, finely chopped
3/4 c. pecans
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
Preparation

Mix all together; divide into 2 parts.
Chill several hours. Shape and roll balls into chopped pecans.
Wrap in Saran Wrap and chill.
