Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs, separated
1 can pie filling (optional)
graham cracker crust
Preparation

If using pie plate instead of cheese cake pan, cut ingredients into 2/3 of amount.
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Separate eggs; set aside egg whites. Add beaten egg yellows individually to cream cheese mixture and mix well.
Then beat egg whites until stiff.
Add this to cream cheese mixture.
Mix well and pour into cool crust.
Bake about 35 to 50 minutes, depending on oven.
