Roast Pork Loin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 to 5 lb.) boneless pork loin
Lawry's garlic salt
Lawry's seasoned pepper
Lawry's seasoned salt
2 c. apple juice
Preparation

Cut loin in half lengthwise.
Generously rub seasonings into roast.
Lay side by side in 9 x 13-inch dish.
Add a little extra seasoning to taste.
Pour apple juice around, not over, loin.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until 165\u00b0 to 170\u00b0 on meat thermometer.
