Woodstove Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans water
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 c. dry rice
Preparation
    Steam chicken until it is tender.
    Remove bones and skin.
    Cut into bite size pieces.
    Mix water and mushroom soup in a bowl until smooth.
    Place all ingredients in a Teflon frying pan and mix together.
    Cover with a glass lid.
    Simmer on the woodstove for 2 hours.
    Serves 4.
    This is also good with spruce hens or turkey.
