Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. flour, sifted
    1 egg, beaten
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add salt and sugar.
    Blend in flour; knead on floured surface.
    Roll strips.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Brush with egg; sprinkle with salt.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, or until brown.
    Serve warm.
