Roasted Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    6 c. pecan halves
    salt
Preparation
    Melt oil and butter in large cookie sheet with sides to prevent mixture from running out.
    Spread pecans over tray, stirring to coat with mixture.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with salt, stirring to distribute salt evenly.
