Kraut Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can kraut, drained
1 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
sprinkle of celery seed
Preparation

Put kraut juice and sugar in a pan. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Pour over all other ingredients; mix well. Let set overnight for best flavor. Serves about 6.
