*Spinach With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pkg. fresh spinach or 10 oz. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
    1 sprig parsley
    1/4 c. rice
    1/3 c. oil
    1/4 c. tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute the onion in heated oil until golden. Add the remaining ingredients and cook over low heat until done, about 30 minutes.
