Sour Cream Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts
2 c. sour cream
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 to 2 sleeves saltine crackers
butter
Preparation

Boil chicken, cool and pull off bone into bite sized pieces. Mix sour cream, soup, broth and seasoning together with chicken. (You may need to add more broth to get the right consistency. Mixture doesn't need to be too thick, but not runny.)
